Lookingglass Rural Fire District is proud to announce that Lookingglass Brewery will be participating in the LRFD Open House scheduled for June 27th, 2026 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the LRFD Main Station located at 7173 Lookingglass Rd, Roseburg, Oregon.

Lookingglass Brewery will be present throughout the event with their serving trailer, helping contribute to the community atmosphere and supporting the district’s fundraising efforts. In addition, Lookingglass Brewery has generously committed to donating 25% of all proceeds generated during the Open House directly back to LRFD’s firefighter equipment and safety fund.

Funds raised during the event will be dedicated toward firefighter health and safety improvements, specifically assisting with the purchase of critical equipment such as a professional turnout extractor and drying cabinet system. These systems are specifically designed to safely clean and dry firefighting protective equipment, helping reduce firefighters’ exposure to carcinogens while improving equipment longevity and operational readiness.

Should outside grant opportunities not be awarded, all funds collected during the event will remain dedicated exclusively toward firefighter health and safety equipment purchases for LRFD.

Due to the anticipated helicopter presence at the station during the event, and the possibility of emergency aircraft operations or rapid deployment, parking at the LRFD station will be limited to maintain a safe operational environment. Onsite parking will be reserved for individuals requiring disabled parking accommodations, those with mobility limitations, or community members utilizing wheelchairs.

Additional event parking will be available at the Lookingglass Grange and Lookingglass Elementary School. LRFD volunteers will provide complimentary shuttle transportation to and from the event utilizing LRFD rescue and brush apparatus throughout the day.
