LRFD Firefighter/EMT Deployed to Evans Creek Fire

The Lookingglass Rural Fire District is proud to announce that Firefighter/EMT John Casey Cota has been deployed to the Evans Creek Fire as a Line EMT.
Line EMTs play a critical role on large wildfire incidents by providing emergency medical care to firefighters assigned to the fireline. Working in rugged terrain and challenging conditions, they ensure personnel receive timely medical treatment while supporting safe and effective wildfire operations.
John's deployment is a reflection of the dedication and professionalism demonstrated by LRFD volunteers. His commitment to serving not only the Lookingglass community but also communities throughout Oregon exemplifies the spirit of the fire service and the mutual aid partnerships that help protect lives and property during wildfire season.
