Lookingglass Rural Fire District is excited to invite the community to our annual Halloween Trunk or Treat at the LRFD Station on Saturday, October 31, 2026.

The event will run from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at:

Roseburg, OR 97471

Last year, approximately 200 kids joined us for Trunk or Treat, and we are hoping to see an even bigger turnout this year.

Families are invited to bring the kids, wear their Halloween costumes, and enjoy an evening of trick-or-treating at the fire station with LRFD volunteers and members of the Lookingglass community.

We Need Trunks

A successful Trunk or Treat depends on community participation, and we are looking for individuals, families, businesses, organizations, and community groups willing to decorate a vehicle and hand out candy.

Whether you want to keep your trunk simple or go all-out with decorations, we would love to have you participate.

Anyone interested in hosting a trunk must register with Assistant Chief Fox by October 24, 2026.

Registering in advance helps LRFD plan the event layout and make sure we have enough space available for participating vehicles.

Can't Attend? Candy Donations Are Welcome

If you can't attend the event or host a trunk but would still like to participate, candy donations are a great way to help.

With approximately 200 kids attending last year, it takes a lot of candy to keep everyone supplied throughout the evening. The more candy we have available, the more we can help ensure every child visiting the station has a great experience.

Candy donations can be dropped off at the LRFD Station before Halloween.

Help Us Beat Last Year's Turnout

Last year's Trunk or Treat brought approximately 200 kids to the LRFD Station. This year, we would love to see even more of the Lookingglass community come out and join us.
